Good design doesn't have to be flashy. It's important to be informative and transparent. This has all of that and then some in an easily digestible format. The podcast name, hosts, guest, topic are all right there in front of you. Occasional really good visual design sacrifices the details of the podcast, and it's hard to attract listeners if they don't know what you're about.
