How Multi-tasking Can Be a Great Way to Sell Podcasting

Our friends at Sounds Profitable recently posted another insightful article about podcasting, The 25 Hour Day. Author Tom Webster explains that lack of time is a key reason that podcast listeners state as why they're not listening as much as they used to.

In reality, Webster states, podcasts by their very nature don't have to be viewed as taking up time. In fact, you can do all sorts of other things while simultaneously listening. In effect, the allure of podcasts is that they actually give you MORE time in the day.

It's an interesting take.

WAVVE DESIGN OF THE WEEK

Who knew Health IT guys had such a sense of humor? The typography on the left is certainly inspired by the art used to promote the N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton, which itself was a nod to the design of a parental advisory sticker. The use of black, gray and white makes the whole thing bold but inviting. If there's a way to stand out design-wise in a crowded podcast universe, Straight Outta Health IT has done it.

What skills are lacking? In this post, we provide some tips for hiring a podcast team by explaining each podcaster’s role.
