YouTube debuted RSS integration this week and this may mean big things for podcasters.
An article on The Verge breaks down the details on how this works. But basically, if you're an audio first podcast you can now submit your RSS feed to YouTube. The platform will even create a static image video, using your podcast art.
The fact that YouTube is making the effort is good news for podcasters. It's a massive platform and I'm hoping the process will become more refined and robust in the months to come.
