Podcasting Tips from the Experts

We're proud of the Wavve customers who've found success in the podcasting space. We've talked to a few of them to find out just how they've done it, and we've posted blogs featuring a few standouts. You can learn a lot from these gurus and here's a sample of a few who have been successful with their podcasts.

Amber de la Garza's podcast Straight Business Small Talk is about teaching effective business, time management, and productivity strategies to small business owners so they can maximize profits, reduce stress, and make time for what matters. Amber has published nearly 400 episodes.

Corwin Johnson has been telling the “stories behind the success” on his podcast, The CJ Moneyway Show, for almost two years. The man knows what he’s talking about, evidenced by the fact that his podcast has built a sizable audience and offers a steady revenue stream.

Mari Wagner’s faith and lifestyle podcast, Ever Be, has built a large following covering wide-ranging topics like "How to Make an Interfaith Marriage Work" and "What Every Woman Should Know in Her 20s." The podcast serves as part of a well-executed multi-prong marketing approach for her brand, West Coast Catholic.

Combining passions makes a podcast both successful and fun. Eric Bachmann and his daughter Serling are doing just that with their podcast, Daddy Daughter Scary Horror. The duo has created more than 30 episodes, each examining a scary movie from the perspective of both father and daughter. It’s a clever idea that leads to compelling listening, and father/daughter bonding time.

Building Your Podcast Community

Why Your Podcast Converts — Even If Pixels Don’t Show It

Here’s how to see their true power: Don’t rely only on pixels. They miss the bigger story. Podcast ads influence people over days or weeks, not just minutes. Remember engagement matters.
